2ND EUROPEAN BUSINESS NETWORKING EVENT

The Hungarian-Canadian Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the 2nd European Business Networking Event and to invite you to participate in it.

The European Business Network Event was first organized in 2001 by five European Chambers located in Montreal: the British Canadian Chamber of Trade and Commerce, the French Chamber of Commerce in Canada, the Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the Ireland-Canada Chamber of Commerce, and the Swiss-Canadian Chamber of Commerce. The event was a successful and widely welcomed opportunity for Montreal businesses to expand their connections in a world of growing trade between Europe and Canada.

To build on this positive experience, the five above mentioned Chambers of Commerce and the Hungarian-Canadian Chamber of Commerce are now preparing a second event of this major networking opportunity. The exhibition will take place at the Delta Hotel Centre-Ville (near Bonaventure Highway, Metro Bonaventure) on November 5th, 2003.

You are invited to participate in two different ways: as an exhibitor or as an attendee. As an exhibitor this is an excellent opportunity to promote your services and products. All attendees will have time to network with the various Chambers’ members and visitors in a friendly and international atmosphere. Exhibitors will receive the guest list.

The exhibitors' charges will be $250 (+ tax) for a table or $400 (+ tax) for a booth. Additional charges for electricity, partition elements for your booth and / or high speed Internet access will apply if you require these services. The attached "Reply fax" sets out the different forms of participation.

You are also invited to participate in this event as an attendee and to bring guests who could benefit from developing their European perspective and familiarize themselves with the work of our Chambers. While there will be no entrance fee, it will be necessary to register beforehand so that badges and guest lists can be prepared.

All the Chambers would appreciate your attendance and hope you will book a booth or table to promote your business and develop contacts.
